REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Ornate Cabinetry LTD.
We take pride in crafting quality cabinetry, design, and home improvement products. Because many of our items are custom-built or made to order, our return and refund policy differs from retail products.

Please review the following carefully before making a purchase or approving a quote.


1. CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom cabinetry, millwork, countertops, or made-to-measure products are final sale once production begins.
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, as materials and fabrication are specifically tailored to your project.

We recommend reviewing all measurements, finishes, and design details before final approval.

Our team will review your case, and if the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will repair, replace, or remake the affected component at no additional charge.


2. STANDARD PRODUCTS & HARDWARE

For non-custom items such as pre-manufactured hardware, accessories, or ready-to-ship cabinetry, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase

  • You received written return authorization from us

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


3. DAMAGE OR DEFECTS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will assess and coordinate a replacement, repair, or partial refund depending on the situation.

For damages caused during shipping from manufacturers or third-party suppliers, Ornate Cabinetry LTD will assist in filing a claim with the carrier or supplier on your behalf.


4. INSTALLATION & SERVICE WORK

Payments made for installation, design consultation, delivery, or on-site services are non-refundable once work has been performed or scheduled.
If a project is delayed or rescheduled due to customer changes, additional costs may apply for labor or rebooking.

Any cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.


5. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Some products are shipped directly from our manufacturers or partner suppliers, and delivery times can vary based on stock and region.

6. REFUND APPROVAL & PROCESSING

Once a return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company — processing time may vary.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at:

8. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items that qualify under warranty.
Please contact us to verify eligibility before returning any products.


9. CANCELLATIONS

Orders for standard items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless already shipped.
Custom or special-order projects cannot be canceled once production or material ordering has begun.
